Jaimini Purva Mimamsa Sutras discuss in detail the physics and metaphysics of the vedic mantra. There is no good translation of that book in telugu(even in english for that matter). I got a partial book(ebook) of the telugu translation done by Charla Ganapathi Shastri from million books(www.archive.org). Even a little digest of the book will help you a lot in understanding.
